Pork Milanese
Recipe adapted from Food Network Giada
Pork cutlets pounded thin
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
We used a pound of pork cutlets (4) and pounded them to about 1/4" thick. Salt and pepper them, dip in egg then Panko/Parmesan cheese mixture. Heat up olive oil in pan and then cook the pork for about three minutes per side.
That's it. How simple is that. Plus it is crispy and juicy. You can do other sauces to change it. Make it your own but make this dish.
