London was great. Lots of stuff to do but the plane ride to/from is killer. Literally had a 4x5 inch tv screen to watch anything on.
And as soon as we got home last Friday I turned around and went to Washington DC on Monday morning for a work trip. Jet lag kicked in and it was not a pleasant Tuesday. I won't be doing back to back trips like that again for a long time.
And them I missed out on tornadoes and hail at home plus the trees have all bloomed and gone green. Talk about missing a season.
Obligatory selfie pose from trip.
I'll post more later but wanted to let people know I'm alive and kicking!
I look forward to your posts on London, We are going in September. I find the jet lag going that way is not as tough as coming west (back home) I will follow you so I won't miss the posts.
ReplyDeleteI thought a back to back trip in the US was tough, I am still trying to get caught up but wow London and another; yikes.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your post too!
I can't wait for our trees to bloom.
Glad you got back from both trips relatively safe and sound!
