So now that we know what dorm Whitney will be living in, the college buying spree has gone full speed ahead. So far we've got all her bedding, bathroom stuff, books, laptop and a first aid kit all ready. With nowhere to store this stuff, we've had gone to the piling method. And we still have to figure out what clothes to take (at least she does have a decent size closet).

I've ordered the combination fridge/microwave for the room and her roommate has agreed to share the cost.

We've had a revolving door around here this summer, with my daughter heading off to week-long camp about every other week. But, it's got to feel weird to have her packing up to be gone for months!
Lucky for me she is only moving about 30 miles from home so it isn't as bad as it could be.
